Learn to create your first custom skill on the Amazon Echo, Tap, or Dot! This workshop will be using node.js, Amazon Web Services Lambda, Cloud Formation, and the Alexa Skills Kit. It is designed to be an easy hands-on experience to get you to publish your first skill on the Alexa app.

Pre-requisites:
  1. Bring your laptop!
  2. Register an Amazon Developer account at developer.amazon.com. 
  3. Register an Amazon Web Services account: aws.amazon.com.

Attendees who publish a skill on the Alexa app will receive a free limited edition developer hoodie from Amazon.
